The Cottage

        

The Dye Preserve has constructed a cottage located right across from the green tee of the first hole. The 3,423 square foot structure features four master bedrooms with private baths, a spacious room with wood-burning fireplace, dining room and kitchen and is similar in style and color to the main clubhouse. With views of the first hole and driving range, a screened in porch extends along the back of the cottage and includes sitting and dining areas, a grill and wood-burning fireplace.
